At feasibility, ideally. The cheapest time to change a cost is before it is drawn.
Do you work in both Singapore and Malaysia?
Yes. We have offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, and have worked on projects across six countries in the region.
Can you take on just one stage?
Yes. Many clients bring us in for a cost plan, a tender, or to settle a final account on its own.
How are fees set?
